of Last Payment
• Interest Rate
• State of the Property
• Lien Position
• Fixed or Adjustable
• Mortgage Insurance
(Yes/No) and Percentage of Coverage
• Account Status (Performing,
Defaulted, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, REO, etc...)
