first step in selling residential & mixed-use mortgages
to Empire Mortgage is to provide us with your summary
loan data. This will enable us provide you with a preliminary
bid. Please contact the appropriate Regional
Acquisition representative.
You may email or fax
us your summary loan data. Upon receipt of your information,
we will very quickly (often in just a few hours) provide
you with a preliminary indicative bid.
If you accept Empire Mortgage’s preliminary indicative
bid, we will then begin to immediately perform due diligence
on your pool of mortgages.
