Mortgage specializes in buying and selling residential
and mixed-use mortgage pools. Within a very short period
of receiving your summary loan data (often in just a few
hours), we can provide you with a preliminary bid indicating
the potential value of your assets. We will typically
quote an indicative price (as a % of par), based upon
the Unpaid Principle Balance (“UPB”) of the
loan.
Upon acceptance of our indicative preliminary bid, we
will immediately begin performing due diligence on the
pool of mortgages. Funding can typically occur within
3 to 4 weeks of receiving your summary loan data.
Upon acceptance of our final bid, we will execute a purchase
contract, finalize the collateral review and complete
the transaction.
